Terms and Conditions:

• All pre-orders must be placed by 11:59PM EST Tuesday, 2/10/15, including $20 non-refundable deposit, through the Breyer website only (www.breyerhorses.com).
• Limit one (1) Tallulah model per Collector Club member only.
• Collector Club members who have successfully pre-ordered Tallulah will be notified by email when Tallulah is ready to ship, with instructions on how to pay the balance due ($45 + S&H).
• Any remaining Tallulah models which have not been paid for in full within seven days of email notification will be offered to Collector Club members for purchase. If they have not been purchased after such offer, remaining models will be offered for sale to all on www.breyerhorses.com.
• Shipping & handling is determined by ship method chosen at checkout (individuals with an international ship to address must choose international shipping).
• Models are expected to ship in June/July 2015.
• Deposits and/or purchases must be completed online at breyerhorses.com only. No other method of deposit/purchase is allowed.
• Sales tax will be charged for purchasers in NJ (7%).
• Deposit is non-refundable, no exceptions.
• Tallulah is excluded from all discounts, promotional codes, sales and/or special offers.
• Errors will be corrected when and where discovered. Reeves International, Inc. reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an offer has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.
• Breyer and/or Reeves International are not responsible for misdirected emails or incomplete/incorrect orders.
• Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
